PLATFORM
The items below are a few of my top priorities. I will need to ask questions, listen to important issues, and work with our existing council members to keep our city moving in the right direction.
PRESERVING HOME
Maintaining a Vibrant Downtown while Preserving the Hometown Feel of Hopkins
This is one of the most important things that makes Hopkins great, and the reason my family chose to call Hopkins home. The authentic hometown feel that we have cannot truly be emulated by our neighboring communities. Enhancing our downtown and supporting all business districts keep them vibrant.

TRANSIT
Light Rail in the SW Metro
The Green Line Extension (SWLRT) has already made Hopkins an even better community to live, work and play in. Redevelopment around our 3 new station stops has added even more value to our community. As things wrap up, I want to make sure Hopkins is left in a sound position with things being completed as promised. I have 30 years of construction inspection and infrastructure improvement experience. I'd like to ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and is successfully handed over, so that the City inherits finished sites with no outstanding issues or necessary repairs
INFRASTRUCTURE & ACCESS
Ensuring Access for All
We have continued rebuilding our roadways and underground infrastructure to create living streets that improve walkability, streetscapes, and trail networks for cyclists. With few streets and neighborhoods remaining, we can shift our focus to providing upgrades to our public spaces, like our parks through our Park System Master Plan.

HOUSING & OPPORTUNITIES
Smart Growth that Prioritizes Affordability and Opportunity
We are working to address the need to keep Hopkins affordable for all residents by finding a sound balance of new workforce and market-rate housing. We will continue working with area businesses and find new business opportunities that come with redevelopment.
